This covers the CbK Boutique Gym website and the CbK app. It explains what we collect, why, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted. Questions go to info@cbktoledo.com or (419) 279-2886.

What we collect

• Your account. Your email address, and your name if you give it to us or Apple shares it when you sign in with Apple. If you sign in with your Mindbody studio account, we keep the ID Mindbody gives us so we can match you to your studio membership.
• What you log in the app. Daily habit check-offs, your streak, and progress entries (weight and notes) that you choose to add. Progress photos stay on your phone and are not uploaded to us.
• Membership and billing. If you pay for the online program, the payment itself is handled by Stripe. We keep the Stripe customer ID, your plan, and whether it’s active. We never see or store your card number.
• Sign-in records. When you sign in we record the time, your device type, and IP address, so we can keep your account secure and sign out old sessions.
• The waitlist and sign-ups. If you ask us to tell you when online membership opens, we keep that email address for that one purpose. If you sign up on the website for a program start, we keep your name and email so we can send you the details, and the studio gets an email letting them know you signed up.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use advertising trackers on the website or in the app.

Who else handles it

• Mindbody runs class booking and studio memberships. When you book a class or sign in with Mindbody, their privacy policy applies to what you give them.
• Stripe processes online membership payments.
• Apple handles Sign in with Apple and, if you turn them on, app notifications.
• SendGrid (part of Twilio) sends sign-in codes to your inbox.
• Replit hosts the website, the app’s server, and its database.
• Google Maps shows the map in the Find us section of the website.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while you have an account. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. When you delete your account, your account and everything logged in it is deleted from our database right away. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

Deleting your account

In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. That cancels any online membership billing and removes your account and data. You can also email info@cbktoledo.com from the address on your account and we’ll do it for you.

Deleting your app account doesn’t cancel a studio membership in Mindbody. Talk to the front desk for that.

Kids

The app is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has made an account, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. For a big change we’ll also tell you in the app or by email.
